PHILADELPHIA. The latest poster boy for unruly Phillies fans pleaded guilty yesterday to charges he vomited on an off-duty cop and his two young daughters at Citizens Bank Park last month.

Matthew Clemmens, 21, of Cherry Hill, N.J., made headlines when he was arrested on April 14. Prosecutors claim Clemmens and a friend were sitting one row behind Easton police Capt. Michael Vangelo, who was attending the game with his daughters and the older girl’s boyfriend.

After Clemmens’ friend was tossed out for obnoxious behavior, prosecutors said, Clemmens stuck his finger down his throat and vomited towards Vangelo and his daughters. Then, he allegedly punched Vangelo four or five times before police restrained him.

Clemmens wore a suit and tie and said little during the proceeding as his parents stood behind him. His lawyer said Clemmens had been drinking at the time of the incident and acted out of character.
