“Light as a Memory” at the Magic Gardens

The latest exhibit at Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens comes from famed stained-glass artist Justin Tyner. Tyner uses salvaged and repurposed glass in his unique exhibit, which highlights and manipulates the effects of light. “Light as a Memory” adds a gorgeous flair to the Gardens and is a sight you will truly have to see to believe. GOING OUT

First Friday

On the first Friday of each month, Old City’s galleries, studios, shops and restaurants open their doors for First Friday, a unique and memorable exhibition of the neighborhood’s vibrant arts scene. All of the galleries, studios, shops, bars and restaurants participating are offering drink specials, delicious food, live music and much more. Life Rolls On

The Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa is sponsoring this incredible charity event happening in Wildwood this weekend. The event was created by adaptive surfer Jesse Billauer, who was injured in an accident in 1996 that left him a quadriplegic. Billauer did not let that stop him from continuing to surf: In 2015, he became the world champion of adaptive surfing. His event on Sunday will supply adaptive surfboards and beach-transfer wheelchairs for participants, plus breakfast, snacks and lunch. “Spill the Tea” at ITV

Head to ITV this Sunday to attend a garden party designed to benefit WOAR (Women Organized Against Rape). Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia Shore Shuttle
