Summertime in Philadelphia just got so much sweeter with flying unicorn pigs, confetti explosions, marshmallow tsunamis and candy at every turn. Candytopia is celebrating its grand re-opening and second limited-run engagement at Philadelphia Fashion District, located at 901 Market Street in Center City.

Sugar meets spice at this deliciously immersive and outrageously interactive candy-wonderland that saw sold out audiences down Market Street before the pandemic. For its sugar-coated return, Candtopia brings more than a dozen dazzling and colorful environments where colossal candyfloss constructions meld with a tantalizing taffy twistedness.

“Our team in Philadelphia is ready to welcome back neighbors, visitors and return candy-lovers with open arms and lots of candy-coated fun,” said Candytopia CEO John Goodman. “Come out and visit us at Philadelphia Fashion District – and make sure to make it a day in Center City by supporting all of the amazing small businesses, restaurants and shops around us. Philadelphia is ready, set and open again – and Candytopia is back in the heart of it all once again.”

For the re-opening, Candytopia Philly brings back the most popular attractions, Philly-inspired candy artwork, unique photo opportunities, candy-inspired experiences, and of course, actual candy around every corner. Top attractions for this second engagement include a marshmallow pit filled with over 250,000 foam marshmallows; an underwater-themed wonderland with fantastical candy-covered sea creatures; a rainbow-filled room with flying unicorn pigs and confetti explosions galore, along with many more sweet surprises.

Candytopia Philadelphia also features Philly-centric elements inspired by local culture and landmarks such as a candy-covered replica of the Liberty Bell, a tribute to Rocky, a candy portrait of Will Smith as the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, a sugary ode to Campbell’s Soup in Camden, and more.

Guests are treated to candy samples throughout the entire experience including sours, gummies, chocolate treats, nostalgic favorites, and more.

Philadelphians can satisfy their sweet tooth at Candytopia at least through Labor Day Weekend and tickets are on sale now—$28 for adults, $20 for kids 4 to 12 years old, and free for ages 3 and under. Tickets include access to all exhibits and experience, a trip to the Marshmallow Pool, a visit to the secret Candytopia gift shop, and yes, free candy in every room.
