Several months ago the Prius was reported stolen from the Philadelphia suburbs. Neighbors told investigators the suspect is often seen driving the vehicle,CBS3 reported.

“We’re pretty confident we will find her and find out if she was driving the vehicle that struck and killed the 18-year-old,” Small said.
