Couple robbed, carjacked men at Crescentville Wawa (PHOTOS)

Police are seeking a couple for their involvement in an early-morning robbery and carjacking outside a Crescentville Wawa.

The suspect approached two men sitting in a car in front of the store at 4506 Castor Avenue around 4:49 a.m. and demanded a ride as a woman waited nearby.

When the driver refused, the male suspect took the men’s phones, jewelry, a jacket and an unknown amount of cash at gunpoint. He fled north on Castor in the driver’s vehicle, a 1996 dark blue Toyota Corolla with tinted windows, with the female suspect in tow.

Police have released numerous surveillance stills and are seeking a five-foot-ten to six-foot, 200-pound Hispanic man between 25 and 27 years of age and a 115-pound Hispanic female of about 25 years of age.
