A 24-year-old Delaware man was arrested this weekend and charged with 78 counts of rape and other offenses. The alleged sexual-assault victims were a 10- and 7-year-old with whom Daryl B. Baldwin Jr. lived between Aug. 2003 and May 2005. Baldwin, of Harrington, Del., remains in custody on $1.6 million bail.
