There are so many ways to give back and this Thursday, Oct. 12, dining out at some of the city’s most sustainable restaurants is one of them through the fourth annual Dine Out for the Environment event.

Restaurants involved in the program donate between 15% to 30% of their sales for the day to the Clean Air Council, which works to improve air quality issues.

“As Clean Air Council celebrates its 50th anniversary, it’s clear that our work to protect everyone’s right to breathe clean air and promote the health of the environment is more needed than ever,” says Joseph Otis Minott, Executive Director and Chief Counsel at the Clean Air Council. “We’re thrilled to partner with restaurants that share our commitment to sustainability and we encourage everyone to visit these establishments on October 12.”

Restaurants participating for 2017 are listed below:

●     Bar Hygge
●     Bistrot La Minette
●     Cosmic Cafe
