What exactly Trump is referring to in his tweet is unclear as ABC Philadelphiapoints out, suggesting that Trump could be “referring to Nutter’s use of an expletive while talking about Trump during a Tuesday afternoon news conference, or his statement that Trump has “taken a page from the playbook of Hitler.” Mayor Nutter has reportedly not responded to Trump’s tweet.
