Four people were sent to the hospital with possible broken limbs Tuesday morning after a vehicle smashed through a PrimoHoagies on South Street.

Police are investigating how the driver, a 21-year-old woman, jumped the curb on the 300 block of South Street and subsequently struck a group of people around 1 a.m., NBC Philadelphia reported. The car then struck Primo, shattering a glass panel.

The victims, three men and a woman, were rushed to Jefferson University Hospital in stable condition, with possible broken arms and legs, Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said.

The driver and her passenger stayed on the scene and spoke to investigators, Small told NBC10.

Police said they don’t expect to file charges.
