A Philadelphia Family Court psychologist was charged on Thursday with indecent exposure after he was seen masturbating inside his office, according to the D.A.’s office.
Cornelius Fergueson, 45, was arraigned Thursday on charges of indecent exposure and open lewdness for an incident that occurred Dec. 2.
Fergueson was allegedly observed masturbating in his office in front of a window by two students from the high school across the street.Police were notified after the students spotted Fergueson.
Fergeuson was released on his own recognizance.
He is next scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 6.
