The outdoor runway show Fashion Under the Shambles last week sold 600 tickets, making it one of the biggest draws of the annual Philadelphia Collection series of style events.
The show, set up under the Headhouse Square Shambles, featured looks for men and woman from 15 boutiques within the South Street Headhouse District, which includes Fabric Row along Fourth Street. The clothes were a mix of “inspired by South Street” designs and winter/holiday looks.
The boutiques collaborated with local salons for the models’ hair and makeup. Cory Wade, performer and model (he was a finalist on “America’s Next Top Model”) hosted.
