Rebecca Nurick is a Philadelphia-based photographer specializing in architectural images and unconventional portraiture. View samples of her work at a first Friday event on November 4 at Charlie Salon from 5 to 8pm.
Rebecca’s urban photographs portray common Philadelphia scenes reflected in unorthodox forms, giving the viewer a unique perspective on a familiar landscape. Her intrepid portraiture captures the heart of her subject, and ranges from the real to the hyper-real.
Charlie Potje has been the owner of Charlie Salon since 2008. A Philadelphia native, Charlie has been in the business for a decade and is known for making his clients feel good both inside and out. He is an expert with men and women’s hair cutting and coloring. Charlie is also highly involved in the local community and has offered his services to many charitable events.
In true first Friday tradition, refreshments and snacks will be provided. Charlie Salon is located at 203 South 12th St., Philadelphia, PA 19107.
