Mitchell allegedly asked the student to send nude pictures to him and a video of the victim masturbating, which was sent, the DA reported, adding that Mitchell also sent nude photos of himself.

“This defendant used his position of trust and authority to engage in serious misconduct with a student,” Charles Gaza, the District Attorney’s chief of staff, said in a statement. “As always in cases like this where a teacher had access to hundreds of students over multiple years, the authorities are concerned that there may be other victims out there.”
