This afternoon, former VP Joe Biden was spotted in Old City, grabbing a bite at Old City Pizza, located at 100 N. 3rd St. Biden walked into the shop with a member of his staff ahead of his appearance tonight to present Senator John McCain with the Liberty Medal in Philadelphia. The ceremony will be held at The Constitution Center at 7 p.m.
Some members of the Neff Associates team greeted the former VP, had a chat before he began enjoying his meal and got the above photo with him.
