An off-campus frat house party at West Chester University turned into a nightmare for one young woman, who told cops she was raped.

Police arrested a student at the school, 19-year-old Mauricio Sanjuan-Martinez, of Gettysburg Pa., and charged him with rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and unlawful restraint.

The alleged attack happened inside the Kappa Delta Rho house on South Walnut Street in West Chester Borough.

Sanjuan-Martinez failed to make bail, reports the Delaware County Daily Times and is now in Chester County Prison.

The incident comes after heightened focus in recent months on out-of-control fraternities and attacks on women by their members.

Even the frats that have done no wrong are tainted.

At Delta Upsilon house at Swarthmore this week, the words “Rape Haven” were scrawled on it, philly.com reported Friday .

The school is investigating the vandalism, which happened two weeks after a Delta Upsilon member penned an op-ed noting that his, and many other houses are well-behaved, respectful, and involved in community-minded activities.
