A man whose legs were dangling onto the tracks at Huntingdon Station was struck Thursday morning by a train on theMarket-Frankford line, NBC10 reported.

The man was either lying or sitting on the platform with his legs hanging over the edge just before 10 a.m. when he was struck.

The man’s leg’s were pinned between the train and platform until emergency responders arrived.

Officials told CBS Philly that the conductor didn’t see the man, who was taken to Temple University Hospital.

Information about the condition of the man, whose identity wasn’t disclosed by police, was unavailable.
