Police are investigating an early morning shooting after the body of a 21-year-old black man was discovered shortly before 7 a.m. on the 800 block of Unruh Ave in Northeast Philadelphia.
The victim was found in a tan Pontiac parked in a rear driveway with gunshot wounds to the head. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
