The Borgata in Atlantic City is offering March Madness specials at the barbershop in the hotel’s 54,000-square-foot Spa Toccare. But this isn’t your South Philly corner barbershop: The Borgata’s version has loungers, flat screen TVs and pool tables.
Guys who book a 50-minute or longer spa treatment will get 50 percent off a haircut or shave.
