Philadelphia police are seeking two men who handcuffed a West Oak Lane laundromat employee early Friday before breaking into an ATM there.

Police tell NBC10the men are seen in a surveillance video casing Laundry Depot Center, located on Cheltenham Avenue, while seated in a car near the business.

The robbery happened about 4:30 a.m. One suspect carried a gun, the other a duffel bag full of tools. They spent 20 to 25 minutes breaking into the machine, from which they were able to steal an undisclosed amount of cash, before fleeing in the car.

In addition to handcuffing a laundromat attendant, the armed robber forced a customer to the floor at gunpoint.

The man who brandished the gun wore a gray hoodie and blue jeans, and the man with the tools a blue hoodie and jeans during the heist. Both men kept their faces covered with masks and wore gloves.
