MLB 2020 predictions: Metro chooses division winners, World Series

This could be the year where it’s anyone’s World Series title to take.

Major League Baseball’s truncated 60-game season leaves the door open for any team with a properly-timed hot streak to make some noise, which would only improve interest in the game after such a frustrating offseason and coronavirus pandemic.

But the game’s traditional powers are very much locked and loaded to flex their proverbial muscles despite playing only 60 games this season.

It’s not easy, but we here at Metro Philadelphia attempted to predict how such an unprecedented season will play out, including division winners, the playoff picture, and the World Series champion:
