Philadelphia Soul hosts Orlando Predators

Philadelphia Soul The Soul look for their first home win of the season Saturday night.

The Philadelphia Soul returns to the Wells Fargo Center Saturday night for a showdown with the Orlando Predators. The Soul (3-4) are still waiting for their first home victory of the 2013 AFL season. The game will be aired nationally on CBS Sports Network.

The Soul fell to the Pittsburgh Power, 53-48, last weekend. The Predators are coming off an amazing comeback win over the Spokane Shock, when the team rallied back and scored 14 points in the final 28 seconds to win it. Orlando started the season 0-5.

“We have to treat it like the Chicago game,” said Soul coach Clint Dolezel. “It’s a must-win game for us. We can’t afford to be two games under .500. This week, we just need to refocus and everyone just needs to lock in on their responsibilities. We need to play more sound football.”

In addition, the Soul is hosting COPD Awareness Night. The first 5,000 fans will get T-shirts and rally towels. There were also be two screening booths where people can get checked out for COPD. Soul players and coaches will dress in orange.
