Philly Naked Bike Ride celebrates nudity despite rain

Cyclists rode wild and free this past Saturday for the 10th annual Philly Naked Bike Ride.

Held on Sept. 8, 2018, riders gathered on Kelly Drive at Glendinning Rock Garden for body-painting and morale building before taking the streets in a long, unbroken chain of nude humanity riding down Kelly Drive, past the Art Museum, and down the Parkway into Center City.

Philly Naked Bike Ride (PNBR) also allows some riders to go in partial garb. The only requirement is that riders are on a human-powered transport device.
