PHOTOS: 10th Annual Little Smiles Gala

On Saturday, Nov. 16, the Philadelphia Chapter of Little Smiles held their 10th Annual Little Smiles Gala at the Crystal Tea Room.

The organization partners with area hospitals, shelters and other facilities and work with caregivers to brighten children’s lives through the fulfillment of personalized requests.

This past weekend, these kids were given the star treatment — walking the red carpet, signing autographs and were even given gold statuettes. Dinner and dancing were also included in the evening.
