Stylistas got a taste of the “high” life with the 23rd annual Phashion Phest event, which took place at The One Liberty Observation Deck, 57 floors above the city. Founded by Sharon Phillips Waxman in 1994, the event showcases fall fashion that’s available for men and women from retailers in the Delaware Valley. This year’s “Fashion from the Top!” event was composed of three parts: a VIP fashion show, a cocktail reception and general fashion show. Were you there? Check out our photos by HughE Dillon.
