A Newark driver was arrested last week for allegedly exposing himself to a woman as he masturbated while watching porn on a laptop inside his car, according to the Delaware State Police.
Investigators said Charles Word, 31, was on May 1 stopped at a red light next to the victim, 45, at North Harmony and Ogletown Stanton roads.
The woman’s car windows were open when around 8:30 p.m. police said she heard a person in the car next to her say, “How do you like it?”
The woman looked over to find Word allegedly masturbating while looking at pornography on a laptop computer.
Troopers obtained a warrant for Word’s arrest after the Newark Police Department took him into custody for a similar act.
Word surrendered June 14 and was charged with one count of second-degree indecent exposure.
He was released on $500 unsecured bail.
