Police have identified the woman found on a Kensington street yesterday.
Jocelyn Deaver, 21, of the 100 block of Morgan Road in Aston, PA, was killed by a gunshot wound to the head. Her body was found near a vehicle on the 3200 block of H Street around 4:15 a.m. yesterday morning.
Police have not determined a motive. The investigation is ongoing.
