Police are looking for a 22-year-old man believed to have shot and killed a high school student Sunday afternoon in Spring Garden.
Santiago, of the 1600 block of Wallace Street, is a suspect in the murder of 17-year-old Antonio Flores.
Flores was found around 3:30 p.m. with a gunshot to the head inside an apartment building on Santiago’s street.
Flores was transported to Hahnemann University Hospital where he was pronounced at 3:55 PM.
