Police Release Surveillance Video in N. Phila Supermarket Robbery

Philadelphia Police have released surveillance video of yesterday’s robbery of a North Philadelphia supermarket:

Two employees were in the process of opening My City Supermarket on the 1900 block of W. Susquehanna Avenue around 7 a.m. when two armed men came into the store and pistol-whipped them. The robbers stole $300 in cash and a 12-gauge shotgun from behind the counter.

One of the suspects has been identified as Wesley Clark, 20, of the 2100 block of N. 20th Street. The second man is described as a 5’9″-5’10” black male in his 20s between 165 and 175 lbs wearing a brown Nike shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.

Both men are considered armed and dangerous.
