Doylestown is getting a new dining option in April. The Hattery Stove & Still, an 150-seat restaurant, will open in the Doylestown Inn, 18 W. State Street. The building dates back to the 1800s; the inn opened in 1902.

The new two-floor restaurant, which the owners are describing as “antique industrial,” will incorporate — and update — vintage pieces, like a 1932 Oldsmobile reengineered to dispense beer through 16 taps. The space isdesigned and constructed by local husband and wife buildersDaryl Rost and Shannon O’Neil McGuire-Rost.

The Hattery will serve brunch, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and a late-night menu. No chef has been named yet.
