Luk Fu, a new restaurant located in Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, recently held a sneak preview dinner before its official opening in February. The eatery serves traditional Southeast Asian dishes like General Tso’s chicken, Chinese pepper and steak and barbecue pork.
Leading the culinary team is Chef Wei C (Sam), a passionate and creative chef who brings more than 30 years of professional culinary experience having helmed kitchens at several distinguished casino properties including Resorts International Casino and Hilton Casino, both in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and most recently, Rivers Casino Philadelphia.
