SEPTA will add 12 additional Sports Express trains Thursday to accommodate Eagles fans attending the Chiefs game at Lincoln Financial Field.

The trains, which provide a shortened trip to AT&T station, will start running at 6:45 p.m. The last train departs at 8:35 p.m. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:25 p.m.

The Express trains depart at the Fern Rock Transportation Center and stop at Olney, Erie, Girard, Spring Garden, Race Vine, City Hall and Walnut-Locust stations before reaching AT&T Station, adjacent to the Lincoln Financial Field.

An average Sports Express train trip from City Hall to AT&T Station lasts about eight minutes, SEPTA said.

Additional trains are also scheduled on the Market-Frankford Line, which provides a connection to the Broad Street Line at City Hall Station.

Connections at City Hall can also be made from SEPTA trolley routes 10, 11, 13, 34, & 36, and from SEPTA’s Regional Rail Lines at Suburban or Market East Station.

The Broad Street Line also connects with many SEPTA bus routes, as well as the PATCO High Speed Line from New Jersey.
