St. Joseph’s perfect team: Where are they now?

Though only a few are household names, the 2003-04 Hawks have come a long way in the 10 years since their perfect regular season.

Jameer Nelson

The 2004 first round pick has had an impressive nine-year career with the Orlando Magic, averaging 12.6 points per game and 5.3 rebounds over that span. In 2009 he was an NBA All-Star.

Delonte West

West, an NBA first round draft pick as well, has had a successful career as a pro basketball player as well, playing for the Celtics, SuperSonics, Cavaliers, and Mavericks. He currently plays in China.

Dwayne Jones

Jones signed with the T-Wolves as an undrafted free agent in 2005 and since then has played for a remarkable 16 professional basketball teams all over the world. He played two games with the Warriors last season.

Arvydas Lidzius

The big 7-foot-1 center returned to his native Finland, where he has had a very successful international basketball career.

Pat Carroll

The Horsham product has played a lot of pro ball, most recently as a member of the Iowa Energy in the NBA’s D-League and in Greece.

Dwayne Lee

Lee currently works as an assistant men’s basketball coach in Hackensack with the Division-I Fairleigh Dickinson Knight’s.

RobSullivan

Sullivan currently works for St. Joseph’s as the Director of Basketball Operations.

Brian Jesiolowski

The big forward has appeared four major motion pictures including Failure to Launch.

Tyrone Barley

Once a key member of the unbeaten squad, Barley was sentenced 10 to 20 years in prison for armed robbery in November of 2013.
