“Northern Italian” makes us think of heavy, hearty food. And “steakhouse” doesn’t exactly have a summery vibe, either. But Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse (111 S. 17th St.) is trying to change our minds with a new list of summer cocktails. We’re reaching for the one made with refreshing sorbet.
Davio’s sgroppino
Ingredients:
1 oz. vodka
4 oz. Prosecco
1 scoop lemon sorbet
Garnish with mint
Preparation: In a champagne flute, add vodka and Prosecco. Scoop sorbet into glass, top with mint leaves and serve.
