A man was arrested Saturday for allegedly trying to lure an 8-year-old girl standing on the front lawn of her house in Bensalem, Pa. into his vehicle and then peeing on her street.

Juan Perez-Juarez, 22, was arrested Saturday afternoon by Bensalem Police.

Police say that he drove up in his vehicle Saturday at noon outside a Claridge Street home and told the girl to go with him.

When the girl refused, saying “she was not allowed to go with him,” Perez-Juarez allegedly responded by getting out of the car, exposing himself to her, then urinating on the street, police say.

When the girl’s father confronted Perez-Juarez, he fled in his vehicle and crashed into a pole a block away, police say. He continued driving, and a short time later crashed on Route 1 in Middleton Township.

Police said injuries were caused during that crash but did not specify if Perez-Juarez was the one injured.

Perez Juarez, of Guatemala, is an illegal immigrant currently residing in Trenton, although a permanent address could not be determined, according to police.

He faces felony charges of luring a child into a motor vehicle and indecent exposure, along with traffic offenses, according to police.
