SOUTH PHILADELPHIA – A 16-year-old was shot once in the back in the 3000 block of Mifflin Street around 11:30 p.m. Saturday. He’s listed in critical but stable condition. A 26-year-old man was then shot once in the groin around 1 a.m. yesterday on Girard Avenue.
