The Word: Charlie Sheen lures us back

Worried about Charlie Sheen’s ‘Torpedo’

After taking a little Sheen-cation — think staycation, but without all the annoying day trips and friends you don’t stay in touch with for good reasons — Charlie has lured us back.
Not only has he sold out more shows on his “Violent Torpedo of Truth Tour,” but he’ll be arriving at said shows with an entourage of “goddesses,” according to TMZ. Sources tell the site that porn star Bree Olson and company will escort him on a private jet and will be staying at his hotels.

Although really, for all we know, these talented ladies are an important part of the live show. “Violent Torpedo of Truth” — what does that even mean? What are we all expecting Sheen to do? We’ve got a feeling ticket-holders are in for a lot more than some sketch comedy and playful roasting.

And now, a word from his family

Like us, Charlie’s family can’t help but comment. But while father Martin Sheen wants to talk faith and addiction, bro Emilio Estevez has some harsh words for his older brother: “There’s that thing in ‘The Godfather: Part II’ of, ‘I love you, Fredo, you’re my brother, but don’t ever take sides with anyone against the family.’ Then Michael Corleone has to have Fredo ‘taken out’ on the boat. There are times, like these, when I want to take Charlie out for a boat ride,” he tells Hollyscoop.

Looks like you’ll want to stick to those private jets, Charlie.

Scarlett and Sean get closer

Looks like Sean Penn isn’t just a strange rebound date: Scarlett Johansson — who is in the process of divorcing Ryan Reynolds — was spotted with the actor again this weekend, reports E! Online. “They playfully touched each other a few times. They were really just laughing, and it seemed like they were having a lot of fun together,” a source tells the site.

Go ahead — be totally weirded out with us.

Time to take that plea deal

Lindsay’s Lohan’s alleged history of “borrowing” expensive things without permission will be used against her in court, according a RadarOnline. “There is very damaging information about Lindsay’s past evidence of thefts, including a stolen Rolex, which a friend of hers reported as stolen in April 2010, which will be made public if Lindsay doesn’t take the plea deal,” a source tells the site.
