Two men and juvenile charged with three robberies in three different counties

Police charged three men, who were arrested last year for a pharmacy burglary in Delaware County, with two other burglaries in two other counties, police said.

Rasol Wade, 30, of the 2900 block of North 6th Street; Anthony Gavon, 43, of Chester, Pa.; and a 17 year-old juvenile, who lives with Gavon, are responsible for a string of burglaries over a three-month period in Spring 2013, police said.

Police believe the three men, clad in masks and armed with handguns, broke into several pharmacies between February 2013 and April 2013 in Philadelphia, Delaware and Bucks Counties. The men made off with substantial amounts of drugs and money, according to police.

Police said they identified the three men using surveillance video.

The three men were pulled over on March 25, 2013 after a pharmacy heist in Elwyn, Pa., Delaware County. Surveillance video from the store showed the three men before the burglary unmasked. It also showed the men escape the pharmacy in a green Chevy Suburban and driveway.

This video was recovered by State Police and a description was put out over radio and the vehicle was stopped at 6th and Booth Streets in Chester County, according to police.

All three men were originally charged with the March 25th robbery, but after evaluating further evidence and reaching out to federal authorities, police charged the three men with the burglary of two other pharmacy’s in two other Pennsylvania counties.
