Two-year-old Critical in Point Breeze Quadruple Shooting

Authorities are investigating a Point Breeze quadruple shooting that left a two-year-old girl in critical condition last night.

Police said that the shooting stemmed from a large fight between two girls on the 1200 block of South Bucknell Street that escalated when a man opened fire at 7:30 p.m.

Wounded was the girl’s grandmother, 58, and cousin, 10, who, along with an unrelated man, 25, are all stable at area hospitals. The girl’s 2-year-old cousin was shot in the stomach and hand and is in critical condition at CHOP.

Police have not made an arrest, but expect to release more information later today.
