The transgender woman sought in connection with a botched-implant death last year is being held on $10 million bail following her arrest last night for a separate incident.
Padge Victoria Windslowe, 42, of the 1600 block of North 62nd Street, known as the “Black Madam,” was arrested last night at what authorities call a “pumping party” at a house in Germantown. Authorities got a warrant for her arrested after a 23-year-old woman said she attended a butt party on Feb. 19 at the same residence and paid $1,000 to receive an injection in her butt. The woman had to be hospitalized days later for complications, but is said to have been released.
Southwest Detectives got information there was going to be another “pumping party” last night where they took Windslowe into custody and recovered several syringes and packs of silicone. She is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, theft by deception and related charges. Bail was set this morning at an arraignment, during which Windslowe was also ordered to surrender her passport.
Windslowe was identified as the lone person of interest in the death of 20-year-old Claudia Aderotimi last year. The aspiring hip-hop dancer died Feb. 7 following a botched butt implant in a Southwest Philadelphia hotel. Preliminary tests indicated silicone entered Aderotimi’s blood stream, causing her heart to stop, but the Delaware County Medical Examiner has yet to issue a final ruling.
According to reports, Windslowe was planning to perform injections for exotic dancers last night when police arrived.
