Police on Friday released surveillance video of a suspect who on July 1 hit a man in the head with a baseball bat during an argument at a Dunkin Donuts drive-through in Hunting Park.

Investigators said a 20-year-old man at 1 a.m. became involved in a dispute with a friend as they sat in the drive-through of the Dunkin Donuts located at 300 E. Erie Ave.

As the two men argued, an unknown man driving a dark-colored four-door sedan can be seen on video pulling in behind them.

The man allegedly got out of his car and hit the victim in the back of the head with a baseball bat.

The victim can be seen on surveillance footage collapsing face down on the pavement as his friend exits the car and chases after the suspect.

Police said the suspect fled the area in an unknown direction.

He is described as a Hispanic male who was last seen wearing a white tank top and dark-colored shorts.
