A theological question: if you steal a papal flag, are you forgiven by confessing, or do you have to give it back?

Surveillance video from the Philadelphia police department captured someone snagging one of the papal flags hung from someone’s home on the 600 block of South 27th street.

The suspects circled the block in a car twice, police said.
