MANAYUNK. A 20-year-old man was listed in “extremely critical condition” Thursday after an apparent freak accident on the Manayunk Wall. Police said a disabled Volvo, with the victim’s girlfriend behind the wheel, rolled back and trapped and dragged him about 30 feet downhill on the 200 block of Levering Street.
