Who hasn’t experienced those pings of outrage during a disappointing sports game. Or maybe you’re so amped that your team is ahead, you could smash something.

Well, the Wells Fargo Center in Philly has wants to help you let out some of that frustration — safely. It’s called a “Disassembly Room,” and its the nation’s first-ever sports arena room dedicated to letting ticketholders unleash their energy by destroying stuff in a controlled environment.

For $35 a pop, angry fans can let loose by causing destruction. For example, ticketholders can rage out by smashing things with a sledgehammer, or shattering some dishes. Whatever tickles your fancy. The sports arena recently showed off its rage room on Twitter, saying, “Let’s rage.”

The room debuted this week at the Flyers home opener vs. the New Jersey Devils. Here’s how it works. Each participant gets a five gallon bucket of breakable items and one medium breakable item to smash. Weapons include a baseball bat, a metal pipe, a crow bar, a hockey stick, and more. Fans can even destroy items with the opposing team’s logo. The room of rage is located behind a library wall in the Assemble Room, on the City Terrance Level.

“We ran the concept by some of our fans who told us they thought this would be a fresh way to have some harmless fun,” said Valerie Camillo, President of Business Operations of Philadelphia Flyers and the Wells Fargo Center. “I had never heard of a rage room before the design team pitched the idea. Now, I can’t wait to get in there and take a few whacks.”

The entrance to the room is via a secret passage.

Fans can book a time for the Disassembly Room online now at wellsfargocenter.net. Tickets start at $35, and grants access to the ticket holder and four friends. Each person has five minutes to rage out.

But first, some rules. According to Wells Fargo Center, participants must:
